Items may be returned for credit or refund if postmarked within 30 days of receipt, and only if not damaged or removed from original encapsulation. Please package all returns securely, including a copy of your invoice or other documentation identifying the shipment as a return, and insure the shipment; upon receipt, Island will issue a refund within 2 business days.
You can contact us to change or cancel an order at any time prior to its shipment.
All sales are subject to product availability. Orders placed via credit or debit card will ship out the following day. Orders processed via check will have the product pulled from inventory and held until the check has cleared and funded. Once the check has settled orders will be shipped out immediately. Although we do pride ourselves on being thorough, there is a slim chance mistakes could be make, in this case Island will rectify any issues with the order.
